Portillos is just ok. Just another chain, nothing to be excited about. Unless Burger King's burgers and shakes excite you and OreIda crinkle cut fries are what you desire. Then Portillos is the place to go! Not sure why people flock there. I'm pretty sure any local burger/hot dog joint could beat Portillos. I wouldn't go out of my way to go there.
